Round Two of the 2016-17 Auckland Motorcycle Club Series will be held on Sunday 6th November, making history in the process, as this will be the first race meeting to ever be held on the newly completed 1.2 Km Club circuit at Hampton Downs.

The extension was first used in anger last weekend, when the full Hampton Downs International circuit was officially launched – with the running of the inaugural HD-101 meeting for the Australian GT category.

The Club circuit however, will be a stark contrast to the usual and familiar 2.7 Km National circuit, with short straights, and much of the lap spent either turning or changing direction.

Similar in length to both the original Taupo circuit, and the now un-used Club circuit at Pukekohe Park Raceway, the Hampton Downs Club circuit is sure to present an additional interesting dimension to the AMCC Club Series.

With a full range of classes in action, it is history in the making. Qualifying starts at 09:00, and racing gets under way at 11:00.
