First we bring you a podcast from F1 Nation in which Tom Clarkson and Damon Hill preview this weekend’s Belgium Grand Prix.

Eddie Jordan is the guest on this week’s show and he gives us his version of how the Mercedes backed driver, Michael Schumacher, came to make his F1 debut in one of his cars, the dealing that went on and the money Eddie Jordan made, allowing his team to complete their first Formula One season.

There is always two versions of a good story.

The second podcast this week is from Beyond the Grid, featuring the French driver, Bertrand Gachot. His F1 season driving for Eddie Jordan’s team came to an abrupt halt with his prison sentence, just before the 1991 Belgium Grand Prix, earned for an altercation with a taxi driver in London. This sequence of events led to the F1 debut of Michael Schumacher.
