Back in black: WSR reveal all-new Team BMW livery

WSR are excited to today reveal the livery that the three Team BMW 330i M Sports will carry in the 2020 British Touring Car Championship.

Going back in black for the coming season, the three WSR-designed, built and run BMW 3 Series will be driven by Colin Turkington as he bids for a record-breaking fifth BTCC crown, 2013 series champion Andrew Jordan and last year’s Jack Sears Trophy runner-up Tom Oliphant.

Featuring upgrades from last year’s double-title success, the cars’ 2020 liveries reflect the iconic BMW M colours of red, navy and light blue on a menacing matt-black base.

It is the first time WSR-run cars have competed in black since the 2004 BTCC when Colin Turkington and Anthony Reid ran with the iconic Kiwi black with silver stripes.

The cars will carry the new livery in public for the first time on March 17 at Silverstone for the BTCC’s official pre-season test.

The BTCC season begins at Donington Park on March 28-29 and comprises 10 triple-header events the length and breadth of the country.
