Fourth for Cassidy and Hirakawa in Super GT

Nick Cassidy and co-driver Ryo Hirakawa have finished fourth at the penultimate round of the Super GT Series at Sportsland Sugo in Japan. The # 37 KeePer TOM’S LC500 team now sit second in the championship on 63 points, seven behind #6 WAKO’S 4CR LC500 Kazuya Oshima/Kenta Yamashita who finished sixth.

The SUGO GT 300km race was won by #3 CRAFTSPORTS MOTUL GT-R driven by Kohei Hirate and Frederic Makowiecki.

With one round remaining there are three teams in title contention. As well as Cassidy/Hirakawa and Oshima/Yamashita, the #23 MOTUL AUTECH GT-R Tsugio Matsuda/Ronnie Quintarelli will also fight at the final round at Motegi 3 November 2019.
