Matt Jensen and co-driver Kieran Anstis are all set to push for a top 10 result at this weekend’s Rally Coromandel. Kiwi WRC star Hayden Paddon Leads the very impressive entry list of 80 competitors into the Coromandel event.

Jensen and Anstis had consistently placed in the top 10 times at the last round of the New Zealand Rally Championship in Whangarei and got up to seventh overall until a slippery corner put them out of the event.

The Flatbush pairing are confident that they will be able to produce some strong stage times and bring home a good result. During the mid-season break the team has made a few changes to the NZKW EVO 9, and also to their pace note system.

“I got to test the car last weekend and its feeling better than it ever has before,” commented Jensen. “Its going to be good to see how we go against the rest of the NZRC field, I really like the Coromandel roads and they will hopefully suit our car”

Co-driver Kieran Anstis Recently completed the Rally New Zealand co drivers academy and is confident that the skills he learnt during the three day camp with professional co-drivers Alex and Rhiannon Gelsomino will help with better pace notes and more speed.
