A new and comprehensive broadcast package put together by summer series promoters NextGen and backed by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing New Zealand will take both of TGRNZ’s major championships to a potentially global audience.
TOYOTA GAZOO Racing New Zealand will be the major broadcast partner for the Repco NextGen NZ Motorsport Championship. Sky Sport New Zealand has committed to live coverage across the 2025-2026 summer motorsport season and both the Bridgestone GR86 Championship and Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Oceania Trophy will feature throughout.
All six rounds of the Repco NextGen NZ Motorsport Championship will be broadcast either live or as live on Sky Sport New Zealand while Toyota GAZOO Racing NZ has also committed to live, and free, broadcasting of all it of its Bridgestone GR86 and Castrol Toyota FR Oceania Trophy races on its TGRNZ YouTube channel.
International coverage will also be available on popular web site motorsport.tv throughout the season, while Australian-specific coverage is set to be confirmed soon.
The forthcoming Castrol Toyota FR Oceania Trophy should provide one of the fullest and highest quality grids seen in New Zealand in the past twenty years with two new world class teams to bring the championship team total to six, and the promise of a grid full of world class and aspiring young racing drivers.
