The third and final round of the 2025 North Island Endurance Series (NIERDC) at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park last weekend has decided both overall and Class winners for both One and Three Hour categories.

Gene Rollinson (IRC GT) was simply untouchable in the One-Hour race, launching off the line, smashing the lap record, and pulling away from the field in a dominant display.

Steve Brooks and Bill Riding were awarded the overall One-Hour title, showing supreme consistency across all three rounds in their Porsche GT3 992 Cup car to edge out young gun Regan Scoullar (Porsche GT3 Cup 991), who impressed all season long in Class 1. Kent Quinn rounded out the overall podium with a string of strong finishes in the Porsche Cayman GT4.

Class 1 was dominated by Brooks/Riding, but not without pressure from Scoullar and Nick Chester.  Class 2 went to John de Veth and Shane Holland (Holden Commodore VE V8ST), despite only starting one round!

Class 3 saw Kent Quinn (Porsche 982 Cayman GT4) emerge victorious after a tight battle with GT4 regular Grant Aitken (Porsche 982 Cayman GT4).  Class 4 saw Conley Webley go unbeaten in the BMW Z4 to take a perfect score! Class 5 honours went to Nathan Grammer in the Toyota 86.

Jonny Reid and Sam Fillmore (Audi R8 LMS Evo II GT3) took control of the NIERDC Three-Hour finale, sealing the win with smart strategy and serious pace and the overall title.

Glen Brazier (Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo) finished second overall, while Steve Brooks (Audi R8 LMS Evo II GT3) rounds out the top three.

In the GT Class, it was also Fillmore/Reid on top, while the Am-Am honours went to Steve Brooks and Bill Riding.

Class 1 title went to Sam Cotterill and Max Vidau in a Porsche GT3 992 Cup Car.

Simon Gilbertson and John McIntyre (Porsche GT3 991 I MR Cup) took Class 2 honours and finished sixth overall.
