2025 Otago Rally intentions to enter, now open

Intentions to Enter for next year’s Central Machine Hire Otago Rally are now open, with another bumper field expected.

To be held from 4-6 April 2025, the rally will once again be the opening round of the Brian Green Property Group New Zealand Rally Championship, as well as incorporating the popular Otago Classic Rally, the Allcomers Rally and the 4WD Classic Rally.

In 2025, the rally’s stages will be based in the Middlemarch and Waihola areas, to the south of Dunedin, with a route covering 15 special stages and 280 kilometres of competitive. Download the initial route map HERE.

Two Australian drivers have already registered for the event, and an influx of international and New Zealand competitors are again likely to put the rally on their calendars.

“Work on next year’s event has been in full swing for some time now. It’s shaping up to be another great event and we’re really looking forward to welcoming teams, enthusiasts and media from all over New Zealand, Australia and a wider range of countries,” Event Manager, Norman Oakley, said.

Completing an Intention to Enter for the Central Machine Hire Otago Rally does not create any obligation for competitors, but it does give entry priority, should the rally be oversubscribed.
