PremiAir rewards Stanaway with DCM

PremiAir Racing have given Kiwi driver Richie Stanaway the ‘Don’t Come Monday’ (DCM) following discussions after the Gold Coast 500 Supercars round last weekend. Stanaway will leave the team with immediate effect, bringing his time with the team to an early conclusion.

The 33-year-old was set to depart from PremiAir Racing at the end of the 2025 season with the team announcing Jayden Ojeda and Declan Fraser as its two full-time drivers for the 2026 season.

A replacement for Stanaway for the remaining Supercars rounds short be confirmed shortly.

Stanaway sits 22nd in the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship. He first made his Supercars debut in 2016 with Super Black Racing and has competed either as a co or full-time driver with Prodrive Racing Australia (2017), Tickford Racing (2018), Garry Rogers Motorsport (2019), Erebus Motorsport (2022), Triple eight Race Engineering (2023) and Grove Racing (2024).

He is a Bathurst 1000 winner, co-driving with Shane van Gisbergen in 2023.
