Connor Adam continues to impress in the Pirelli Porsche Championship

Connor Adam continued on his winning way with three more race wins in the Pirelli Porsche Championship round at the Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park in the weekend.  Driving a IMS prepared Porsche 997 Gen 2, Adam won all three races from Kris Bostock.

“The car was just great to drive,” commented Adam.  “It felt like it was on rails.  What a great race car I had in that round and it was so much fun to drive.”

The three-race format was similar to the previous round at Hampton Downs in which Adam also won all three races.

The final 30-minute Race 3 included a compulsory pitstop with the results of the first two races setting the controlled length of the stop for each competitor.  Although Adam was faced with a stop time of some 3min 40sec in the pits, he was still able to win by over 11 seconds to Bostock.
