The Saturday action will feature the final third round of the South Island Endurance Series, this year with the added bonus of also being the final round of the 2026 New Zealand Endurance Championship.

Invercargill driver Jordan Michels leads the One Hour Class 1 Championship

As the Endurance Series comes south Invercargill driver Jordan Michels leads the One Hour Class 1 Championship after winning at Timaru and a second placing after a difficult weekend in the second round at Euromarque Motorsport Park at Ruapuna in Christchurch recently.

In the Three-Hour Championship local driver Glen Brazier teamed with Andrew Waite to win the 3-Hour race in Christchurch in their Lamborghini. The Christchurch round was the first of the 3-Hour Championship after Timaru was cancelled so Brazier and Waite lead that championship as it comes to Teretonga Park.
