This week on Motorsport on 83 (Screening 12th of September 2026). We travel around the World, from Circuit Paul Ricard for World Touring Cars to Africa and the Classic Safari Rally. Then its Perth in Australia for High limits Sprintcars and finally back home for Rnd 1 of the 2026 GR 86 Championship.
First up is Rnd 3 of the World Touring Car Championship held at Circuit Paul Riccard in the South of France. The first two rounds have been dominated by newcomers to motorsport Chinas Geely. Rnd three was not that good with Hyundai and Cupra were the brands to beat in France
The Classic Safari Rally is just that, a Classic! Held every few years we are screening Part 1 of the last event held.
Dust, elephants rough roads and classic rally cars, this event really does have it all.
The High Limits Sprintcar racing out of Perth this last summer has been epic and the third of our Sprintcar shows is no exception with a strong contingent of USA stars. It’s all on in the $100,000 to win High Limits series.
Last up it’s the GR86 Championship. Run alongside the 2026 Toyota Formula Regional Oceania Trophy series, this is the place to race if you’re young, keen and want to show your talents to the top teams from around the world.
