Organisers of the Carter’s Tyre Service South Island Endurance series have confirmed a new date for the Teretonga Park round in Invercargill. Originally to be held next weekend, Saturday 18 September, the round was postponed due to the current Covid 19 lock-down across New Zealand. The new dates will now be Saturday/Sunday 23/24 October 2021 (Labour weekend) and this will be the third round of the Series.

Organisers now hope to start the Series at the Highlands Motorsport Park in Cromwell, 2 October, which was originally to be the third round. This will be followed by the second round at the Timaru International Raceway, Timaru, 16 October, only allowing a week before the third round in Invercargill.

Christchurch will host the final round on 6 November at the Mike Pero Motorsport Park, with the Canterbury Car Club able to offer a secondary date for the Series after this event also had to be postponed from its original 4 September meeting.
