Supercars endurance season has arrived, as the Ryco Enduro Cup gets underway tomorrow at the AirTouch 500 at The Bend.
Teams and drivers arrived at The Bend Motorsport Park today ahead of practice beginning tomorrow in Tailem Bend.
All 52 drivers entered in this weekend’s event gathered on Pit Straight today for the annual Enduro Cup class photo.
Dick Johnson Racing’s Brodie Kostecki and South Australian Todd Hazelwood are firmly among the favourites this weekend, going for back-to-back wins at The Bend 500.
Kostecki leads all drivers with seven wins thus far in 2026, currently sitting third in the drivers’ championship.
Along with Hazelwood, a number of other gun co-drivers return to the driver’s seat this weekend, including 2011 Bathurst 1000 winner Nick Percat and 2010 Supercars champion James Courtney.
Adelaide-born Percat lines up with championship leader Broc Feeney at Triple Eight Race Engineering, another of the strongest driver pairings on the grid.
Courtney and 2017 Bathurst 1000 winner David Reynolds will be among Chevrolet’s heavy hitters, in the No. 20 Snowy River Caravans Camaro for Team 18.
Practice at The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia begins tomorrow, with Boost Mobile Qualifying and the Boost Mobile Top Ten Shootout on Saturday to set the grid for Sunday’s 500-kilometre race.
The AirTouch 500 is the first event of the Ryco Enduro Cup, and precedes October’s Repco Bathurst 1000. This weekend’s event takes place on The Bend’s shorter West Circuit, with drivers expecting more action in Sunday’s 500km race.
